The Circles Awards honor creativity and craftsmanship across design, film, branding, and digital innovation. If you’ve been part of bringing exceptional projects to life—whether in storytelling, web design, or marketing—this is your stage. Your work doesn’t have to be created this year to qualify; it simply needs to have been available and accessible to its intended audience at some point between July 2023 and July 2025.
Have you won before? Fantastic! We invite you to return with fresh work or updated projects—there’s always room for repeat excellence. And yes, you can submit as many entries as you like across multiple categories. The more, the merrier!
We believe in celebrating creativity that uplifts and inspires. Submissions that contain offensive material, promote harm, or go against the values of inclusion and respect will be disqualified. Let’s keep it about impactful, meaningful work.
The Circles Awards are here to recognize real work. Projects must be authentic and created for genuine audiences, not speculative or fake campaigns. If your entry represents an idea never commissioned or shared with the public, it won’t be eligible. Let your work speak for itself.
We love a great case study—but keep the spotlight on the work, not your agency or studio. Entries submitted via branded or promotional agency sites will not be considered. This is your chance to let the project stand on its own merit.
Entries that don’t meet eligibility requirements may be removed from consideration at any point. Please review all submission details carefully to ensure your work complies with the rules.
Once your entry has been submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If anything needs updating, reach out to our team—we’re here to help you shine.
The Circles Awards go beyond individual recognition by honoring the agencies, production companies, and brands driving innovation. These honors—such as Creative Leader of the Year, Circles Community Impact Award, and Innovator in Storytelling—are determined by a rating system based on submitted work. Nominees for these distinctions will be notified alongside award announcements, with winners celebrated during the Circles Conference 2025.
By entering, you confirm that your submission is either your original work or you have proper permission to submit it. Circles Awards are not responsible for any copyright issues stemming from entries.
Submissions must remain publicly accessible through end of the year for judging and promotion. By entering, you grant us permission to feature your work in Circles Awards promotions, both online and in live events, like the Circles Conference.
If you’re recognized as a winner, your award may be announced in a variety of ways—from stage presentations at the conference to post-event features. Every win will be celebrated in a way that fits the Circles spirit.
The entry deadline for the Circles Awards is July 25, 2025.

Foreign entries must pay by credit card, wire transfer, international money order, or a check in U.S. funds drafted on a U.S. bank. Please note that entry fees are non-refundable.
We welcome submissions from around the globe and are excited to see work that represents diverse cultures and perspectives. If your entry is in a language other than English, here are a few guidelines to ensure it can be fully appreciated by our judges:
